Dominic Parmantier is a project manager in the Tukwila office of Condon-Johnson & Associates with responsibility for the development and management of grouting, soil mixing, and ground improvement projects.

Dominic received a Bachelors of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Portland in 1994 and a Masters of Science in Civil Engineering with an emphasis in Geotechnical Engineering from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University in 1995.

When he is not busy trying to figure out how to get drill holes to stay open or typing up ASCE meeting minutes, Dominic enjoys kayaking, hiking, and golfing. He is also an active member of Holy Family Catholic Church in White Center.
