Eric Heller graduated from Oregon State University in 1996 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Geology. In 2001 he graduated from Louisiana State University with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering. He graduated from the University of Washington in 2003 with a Master of Science degree in Civil Engineering emphasizing in Geotechnical Engineering. Eric is currently working as a geotechnical engineer for GeoEngineers in Tacoma.
 

In his free time Eric likes to explore the great outdoors. His activities include snowshoeing, hiking and camping. In the last year Eric has climbed Mt Baker, Mt Adams and Mt St Helens. He hopes to summit Mt Rainier within the next year. Eric has also spent many weekends kayaking and camping in the San Juan Islands. Despite having attended the University of Washington, Eric is a true Beaver and bleeds Orange.
