Jeff Fowler graduated from Washington State University in 1998 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering. He graduated from the University of Washington in 2000 with a Master of Science degree in Civil Engineering with an emphasis in Geotechnical Engineering. Jeff currently works as a professional engineer for the City of Seattle in the Seattle Public Utilities Department where he provides in-house geotechnical engineering services to many of the City Departments.

Jeff has been involved with the ASCE Geotechnical Group since 2003. He is looking forward to another great year, this time as President of the group.

The ASCE Geotechnical Group Bug snagged Jeff this past spring and he and his wife, Angela, are expected a baby girl in January 2008. Jeff and Angela recently moved to Snoqualmie, WA and are busy getting the house ready for Madeleine Rose.
